2023 Welcomes Yolanda Biswah as the IARA Canadian Co-Chair
Toronto– March 1st, 2022 – It is with great pleasure that the IARA Canadian Committee announces that Yolanda Biswah has accepted the responsibility of the Canadian Committee Co- Chair position, alongside Xavier Kleinermann. Yolanda succeeds Richard Pasta who has served as the Co-Chairman of the IARA Canadian Committee since November 2017.

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Canadian Black Book, Yolanda serves as the business leader for Canadian Black Book. a well-known player of the Canadian automotive industry. Prior to joining Canadian Black Book in 2015, Yolanda spent 10 years with AutoTrader Canada, where she ascended to the position of Senior Manager of Operations.
Yolanda is an active steward and participant in our industry and her local community. Among other things she volunteers on the internship committee for Accelerate Auto, whose mission is to advance career opportunities for Black talent in Canadian car dealerships, manufacturers, the aftermarket, and suppliers. She also volunteers at Gilda’s Clubhouse, a nonprofit dedicated to people impacted by cancer.
It is with great excitement that we welcome her to the committee co-chair role. Yolanda offers a new and fresh perspective to the association that will help with the continued growth and strength of the IARA Canadian Committee and the remarketing industry in Canada.
